Casserole Week: Macaroni & Cheese Casserole
If there's one thing we've learned so far in the 21st century, it's that there are a zillion ways to make macaroni and cheese. Just as newly industrialized and urbanized Londoners turned to the demon gin for comfort in the mid 19th century, we who are living through the disruptive effects of the Internet (not to mention interleague baseball) turn to elbow shaped macaroni, a variety of cheeses and other fats and bread crumbs to soothe our jangled nerves.
