Now that the weather in Pittsburgh has turned definitively cold and nasty, it feels like the right time to repost the recipes from casserole week. I posted these originally in early May last year because I'd had a conversation with a friend who asked for favorite casserole recipes. But given that we were about to shift into cooking things that focus on fresh produce and not turning on the oven, it was a funky time to post them. That did not stop me.
